SOLUTE actively supports our Fleet all over the world by providing analysis support including: associated reviewing and preparation of implementation and integration plans and designs, system engineering, troubleshooting and implementation of solutions, system analysis, recommendations, documentation, pre-deployment system checkouts, configuration management, metrics analysis and development, data collection and reporting. This effort also includes system upgrades support including associated system engineering support for operation, maintenance upgrade, and Board of Inspection Survey (INSURV), System Operation Test (SOT), Deploying Group System Integration Team (DGSIT) Ships Restricted Availability (SRA); Combat Systems Ship Qualification Trials (CSSQT) and system administration for the GCCS-M variants. This effort includes installations, integration, System Operational Verification Testing (SOVT) and integration of Command, Control, Communication, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I) components at operational sites.
SOLUTE provides full support to the Fleet in the form of Help Desk Tier II/III/IV Support for this effort and performs troubleshooting for issues and implementation of solutions for hardware, software, interfaces, and networks for GCCS-M products. This support includes the analysis, resolution, and documentation of operational system issues relating to the GCCS-M products. SOLUTE conducts system audits and pre-deployment system checkouts of GCCS-M in support of a readiness posture, resolving any system discrepancies. SOLUTE personnel recently demonstrated superior dedication to the mission by updating the obsolete Pre-Installation Checklists and processes for each ship which resulted in added cost savings and performance efficiency to the Government. SOLUTE provides engineering services to support the configuration management and incorporation of configuration management data into configuration management systems.
