SOLUTE Awarded SBIR Phase III Effort to Modernize MTC2 idAM Software for C2 Environment Use

December 30, 2019

San Diego, Calif., December 30, 2019 – The work derives from, extends, or completes efforts which were previously performed by SOLUTE under predecessors Maritime Tactical Command and Control (MTC2) System Integration and Expanded C2 Cloud Architecture Automated Application Distribution Deployment (Remote Distribution Server) and will include providing technical analysis, software modernization, integration, and test and evaluation for PEO C4I. Specifically, SOLUTE will modernize existing MTC2 Identity and Access Management (idAM) software for use in a C2 environment. The development work will include a design and implementation aligning with existing ForgeRock (FR) capabilities if possible to develop a best of breed solution for idAM, development and implementation of system workflows, develop test plans, provide demonstrations showing C2 application functionality, mitigation of risk for transition to programs and projects, and support for developing associated technical documentation. As part of this effort, SOLUTE will modernize the idAM capabilities currently implemented in MTC2 and provide enhancements to ensure the solution works across MTC2 capabilities.
