Patuxent River, Md., April 17, 2020 – SOLUTE has been awarded a new contract with the Department of the Navy, Naval Air Systems Command for PMA-281 Hardware & Software Development and Sustainment. This is an Indefinite-Delivery/Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) with a cumulative ceiling of $497,500,500 over five years.
This IDIQ/MAC contract will cover development, integration, test and evaluation, deployment/delivery, modifications, and operations/sustainment of hardware and software products supporting both PMA-281 domestic and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) programs. Programs include: Naval Mission Planning Systems; International Program/Foreign Military Sales; Common Control Systems; Theater Mission Planning Center; Washington Planning Center; and Airwing Ship Integration. Other areas of focus include design, support, and upgrade of software/hardware solutions for fielded systems; and studies, analyses, and prototyping efforts.
