San Diego, Calif. – SOLUTE awarded Phase III SBIR for advanced digital warfare systems development, digital integration, and system modernization. This will directly support the Naval Operational Architecture (NOA) for Distributed Maritime Operations (DMO), focusing on large scale modernization of hardware and software systems for the Navy.
Work will include development and deployment of tools and technologies that accelerate system modernization, Digital Transformation, and digital integration. SOLUTE will contribute to common DoD Enterprise development, security, and operations (DevSecOps) and platform as a service (PaaS) capabilities. Solutions will enable Command, Control, Computers, Communications, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) integration between tactical and non-tactical mission systems.
This effort will facilitate rapid development and testing of Naval Warfighting capabilities, with the goal of tightening feedback loops between development and operational user input. The effort will develop prototype capabilities and enhance existing systems as exemplars of modern, modular, open software systems.
