San Diego, Calif. – SOLUTE joins multiple vendors in fulfilling Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Pacific’s requirement for network engineering services in support of various specialized information systems and network technology programs. Code 551, the Network Division at NIWC Pacific, has an ongoing requirement for specialized support services in networks, communication systems, sensors, applications and information systems that are currently operational, under development, requiring upgrades, or theoretical evolutions.
Networks provide the gateway to achieving information dominance in the cyberspace domain, and for Net-centric operations achieving warfighter superiority. NIWC Pacific Code 551 provides for continuing Command, Control, Communications, Computer and Intelligence Surveillance Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems engineering support related to the core competencies of technology and architecture development, network analysis, modeling, and simulation, network convergence, network timing, network security, certification and governance, network and information system applications, network management and monitoring, network and computer operations, and production and manufacturing processes.
